On 26 October, the City’s Design Hub was inaugurated in the presence of the college of aldermen. Located at 42-44, Rue de Hollerich, in the heart of the Gare district, this new workspace is available to professionals in the creative industries. It is therefore fully in line with the City’s commitment to encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation, while at the same time supporting young talent that is looking to become part of the design ecosystem in Luxembourg. The short-term rental of these creative workshops and offices spread over two buildings offers these professionals the opportunity to set up for a maximum period of 11 months at a moderate rent in an environment conducive to creativity, coworking and the organisation of public workshops or events. Tenants can also network and create lasting synergies and collaborations that will contribute to the city’s cultural and economic appeal. Anyone interested in renting the space can fill in an application form on the City’s website in which they are invited to explain what their project is and submit their application to the Economic and Commercial Development Unit (email@example.com).
