Artmix is a cross-border artistic residency project designed to support young emerging artists and facilitate exchange between the cultural scenes of the Greater Region. A jury of experts will select one artist from Luxembourg, one from Saarland and one or more curators. Each artist will be able to invite another artist of their choice. Together they will take part in a series of artist’s residencies and develop a joint exhibition to take place in May-June 2024. Throughout the project, participants will be supported by teams from the partner cultural institutions: the cities of Saarbrücken and Luxembourg, the Stadtgalerie Saarbrücken, the Cercle Cité, neimënster and Casino Luxembourg. Interested artists and curators have until 2 October to apply.
