The free parking hours initiative has been extended to Fort Neipperg and Fort Wedell car parks, located in the Gare neighbourhood. Drivers can currently benefit from two hours of free parking from Sunday to Friday. This increases to four hours on Saturdays. The City introduced the measure on 22 December 2022. It aims to boost local high street trade and ensure accessibility to the area during the redevelopment works on Rue de Strasbourg.
