Anyone residing in the capital who is studying at secondary, high school or university level can request subsidies at the beginning of the school year. The amount of these subsidies varies according to household income, number of dependent children, academic performance, etc. Applications must be sent before 31 October to the college of aldermen with the necessary supporting documents.
