Sports for all

The spring-summer ‘Sports pour tous’ programme is now available. From April to July, young people, adults and the elderly can take part in sports and fitness courses. Led by qualified instructors from the Sports Department, these courses are designed to take into account individual physical abilities. Hiking, golf, Qi Gong and kayaking are among the many activities on offer.
