A plaque to commemorate the past

In September, a commemorative plaque was unveiled on the building of Saint Augustin hotel to acknowledge the history of the Jews of Luxembourg. The building, which houses the Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs, is located on the site where the first synagogue once stood. An information board in three languages (Luxembourgish, French and English) is also available alongside the plaque.
