Starting from the end of September, the Conservatoire will be offering a series of workshops as part of the ‘I love theater’ cycle once or twice a month on Wednesdays. The aim of these workshops is to introduce participants to the major artistic movements that have influenced the performing arts, in particular theatre. Under the tutelage of Vinciane Koch-Kessels, these sessions begin by exploring the origins of theatre rites up to ancient Greek tragedies. This fascinating artistic journey offers participants the opportunity to explore the history of theatre, including genres such as commedia dell’arte and European romanticism. Participants will also learn about all the various jobs involved in producing plays in a lively setting with the chance to give feedback on their experience.
