The Festival des Mini-Entreprises took place from 22 to 27 March. For a week, 21 ‘mini-companies’ from 14 high schools took over the pop-up store located at 38 Rue Philippe II. Among them: Delli’cious, Carry-Aid, Natural Beauty, Letzrollz, Facelt, 3d2c and Greenenergy. Each company offered its products to visitors under reallife business conditions and in compliance with health measures. This was a first for these pupils who were able to put into practice the sales techniques they had learned during their training. Stéphanie Damgé, director of Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg, Lydie Polfer, mayor, and Serge Wilmes, the alderman in charge of commerce, all paid a visit to the budding entrepreneurs.
This festival, jointly organised by Jonk Entrepreneuren and the City, provides an opportunity for young people to build their own mini-companies and to test out their products with customers in the city.
