Eran Har Even is one of the two jazz musicians from Israel playing in Luxembourg this month, and strangely, his tour has a similar theme to the one of his compatriot Avishai Cohen. As an Edison Awards nominated guitarist, composer and a faculty member of the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Even considers this tour as a celebration of contemporary jazz and its influences from around the world. Music doesn’t recognise borders and his sound is a fusion of styles that set him apart from other jazz composers. Joining him on stage are Israeli bassist Haggai Cohen-Milo, Spanish pianist Xavi Torres and Latvian drummer Ivars Arutyunyan. This is a lunchtime concert that is not just for jazz aficionados, but for music fans in general.
