An essential staple in our civilisation, bread’s history spans centuries. On 29 January, Slow Food Grand-Duché, in partnership with Cercle Cité, is organising a conference on the history of bread, touching upon its traditions. Marie-Cécile Manès, art historian, will intervene, as well as baker and miller Jean Kircher who will also present his craft as well as the benefits of quality bread for our health. He has been running the Pains & Tradition bakery since 1999. The conference will be followed by a tasting session.
29/01, Cercle Cité, Auditorium Cité, 18:30 – 21:30
