The city council has given Quintus Restauration the nod to run the Le Pavillon restaurant located in the Parc de Merl. Behind this development is Charles Delvaux, who currently heads up the eponymous Charles Sandwich restaurant. He is promising a 75-seat brasserie serving simple dishes with a 160-seat terrace and a take-away counter selling sandwiches. The renovation works undertaken by Holweck Bingen Architects should be completed by September 2017.
